HOW TO ORDER

The AK47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir bottle is in very short supply and even our suppliers, though reliable, have no stock from time to time while they wait for new stock to arrive from different areas.  In order to ensure that no-one is penalised or out of pocket if we have to wait for some stock to arrive with a supplier, we do NOT accept prepayment and will only require you to pay for your order and our services, once we are able to meet your order.

As a result, the Order Form below is simply that, an order form, expressing your desire to engage us to purchase 1 or 2 bottles (due to the limited nature of the supplies and to be fair to as many people as possible, the current maximum limit per order is 2) and as soon as we can confirm that we have stock to fill your order, we will notify you and provide you with an invoice and the relevant information for making payment.  When payment is received, we will purchase your AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle and send it to you.

If we notify you that there is a supplier available with stock available and payment is not completed within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.  You may place a further order, but it will be at the bottom of the list.

Stock can only be delivered to you by two means (1) personal delivery from our Representative in Moscow or (2) via international courier to your nominated delivery address.  We are NOT able to use the general Russian postal services as they will NOT transport vodka to many locations and where they do, it is without insurance or any guarantee of delivery.

The courier company we use is Fast Lane Couriers from the United Kingdom, who subcontract their work to DHL - one of the most reliable courier firms operating from Russia.  We use Fast Lane Couriers as they have very competitive rates due to their global contracts with DHL and the fact that they are regulated and authorised by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) in the United Kingdom.  Fast Lane Couriers are also able to offer insurance on all their deliveries.

Delivery is therefore not a cheap exercise, as we are only able to use international couriers.  However, due to the very limited nature of the product being purchased, the use of an international courier is the best option available, so that the bottle will reach you in the best possible condition.

The price of our services to locate and purchase 1 bottle of the AK47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir bottle is £250 Great British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of the price of the bottle.  If you wish to check the approximate price in your local currency, you can use the currency converter on the side of the page.  We will also advise you of the cost in Great British Pounds GBP (£) for the courier delivery service to your designated address (unless the AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle is being collected from our Moscow Representative).  For a list of indicative International Courier fees for the main delivery countries, please click here.

Please Note:  It is important to be aware that you are likely to have to pay one or all of Customs Duties, Excise Fees and VAT/Consumption Tax, before your delivery will be released to you.  We are required to provide a detailed customs declaration with the delivery, which will include the amount of alcohol, the strength of the alcohol and the declared insurance value of £250.  You must make your own inquiries about what amount of taxes and duties you will be required to pay to have your delivery released to you.
