Contracting Parties
The parties to any service or product supplied from this website titled “Kalashnikov Vodka” are you, as you are specified in the forms that you complete on this website or in any other information that you provide to us, and ARMS Agencies Pty Ltd ACN 123 795 684 of Registered Office 14 Bernier Road, Shelley, Western Australia, 6148. Any reference in these terms and conditions to "us" or "we" or "our" means ARMS Agencies Pty Ltd and any reference to you, means you.
Services
The service offered on this website, is to be appointed as your agent for the purpose of seeking out and purchasing for you as Principal and in your name, an AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle. By entering into an agreement with us, you agree to enter into an agency agreement to appoint us as your agent to firstly locate and then purchase for you an AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle and to arrange the transport of the bottle to you at your designated address. We do not sell any products to you, we merely act as your agent to locate, purchase and send by courier an AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle.
Availability of Services
The AK 47 Kalshnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle is of limited supply and is also of limited future production - if any. While we endeavour to find sufficient suppliers of the bottle to cover anticipated requests for future orders, the reality is that suppliers may not be available or may run out of stock and there may be a delay while we source other suppliers or they replenish their stock. As the AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle is a limited release, stocks will eventually cease to be available. No payments will be taken until a supplier with stock in hand is located all requests for our services will be processed in the order that they are received. Payment of a deposit or a fee to secure priority will not be accepted.
Confirmation
When we have located a supplier with stock available to satisfy your request, we will notify you of that fact at your nominated Email address and provide you with a method for making payment for our services and the purchase price of the AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle. When we have received your payment, your AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle will be purchased and it will then be sent to you using the agreed method of delivery. Tracking information if a courier is used will be provided to you.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by way of PayPal, Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo or Direct Debit and all payments will be charged in Great British Pounds GBP (£). Payments will be processed using PayPal (UK) and will be processed by PayPal on behalf of our related company BMAR Limited. You do not need to be a member or to join PayPal to make payments using their payment service.
If we agree, payment can also be made by Swift Wire Transfer to our United Kingdom company UK Great British Pounds GBP (£) bank account. All fees for the transfer of funds to any of our bank accounts are to be paid by you and any currency conversion costs that may be charged by your bank, are to be paid by you.
Payment may also be made in cash to our Representative in Moscow, if we agree that with you. Cash payments in Moscow are required to be made in either Ruble (RUB) or Euro (€).

Exchange Rate Issues
The prices advertised on this website, or quoted to you, are all in Great British Pounds GBP (£). If you wish to pay in one of the others currencies that we accept, we will advise you of the amount in the currency you wish to pay in. If you are paying us in a currency that is not the currency of your bank account, you will likely be charged currency conversion charges by your bank when making payment to us.
Shipping and Freight
All AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottles that we purchase for you, can only be given to you by one of two methods:
Personal Delivery
You can collect your product personally from our Representative in Moscow or have it collected from our Representative in Moscow by someone that has been authorised by you to collect your product.
Courier Delivery
All other deliveries can only be made by way of international courier and the price of delivery is included in the payment that you make to us. Insurance is obtained for all AK 47 Kalashinkov Vodka Souvenir Bottles shipped to you by courier. [Please Note: We cannot use the services of Russia Post for delivery to you, due to restrictions on what goods they will accept for delivery to different jurisdictions and due to the fact that they will not provide any insurance for the product, which will almost certainly result in theft and non-delivery.] For full details of the courier services and fees, please refer to the Order Now page of this website.
Customs and Duties
Payment of any customs or duties payable on the AK 47 Kalashnikov Vodka Souvenir Bottle are the sole and absolute responsibility of you.
